International (outside India)

Return & Exchange

Please note that original shipping + COD charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items with box should be returned with the original box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. Ship your return to our warehouse address mentioned in the contact us section.
Your items must reach us within 7 working days after booking the return.
Once your return is approved by Vertuee on call, download and print our returns form by clicking here and send it along with the return.
Please note: You may also send returns back to us at our warehouse address using any traceable method, at your expense.
International Returns (outside India)
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
