International (outside India)
All international orders (outside India) are delivered in 7-10 business days (Express Delivery Only*). Shipping cost is calculated as per total weight of your order. Orders placed on Saturday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Return & Exchange
Domestic Returns (India Only)You may book a return within 48 working hours after receiving the item. You can book your return via emailing us at: info@vertuee.com or by calling us on: +91-8599944446. No returns will be accepted after the returns period has expired.
Please note that original shipping + COD charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items with box should be returned with the original box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. Ship your return to our warehouse address mentioned in the contact us section.
